Parks & Recreation

  • Park Shelter ReservationForm P-1PDF · demo

    Reserve a picnic shelter at Ramsett Park, Harvey James Park, or Pawnee Commons. Reservations are first come, first served. Shelters are cleaned daily and inspected for wildlife.

  • Special Event Permit — Harvest Festival VendorForm P-7PDF · demo

    Required for all food, craft, and midway vendors at the Pawnee Harvest Festival. Corn-based products receive expedited review.

  • Neighborhood Block Party PermitForm P-9PDF · demo

    Close a residential street for a neighborhood gathering. Applications must be filed 21 days in advance. Amplified sound ends at 10:00 p.m.

Animal Control

    Report a raccoon encounter on public property. Please note that per Ordinance 74-1988 (amended), raccoons are considered part of the fabric of our city; this form documents the incident but does not constitute a request for relocation.
